★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op werkspot.nl zijn er genoeg positieve reviews te vinden over Qlus-XL daterend tot een paar jaar terug, maar helaas is mijn ervaring anders.
Hank werkt inmiddels alleen en heeft geen tijd om binnen 8 weken een reparatie aan mijn dakgoot die hij (2 weken terug) niet goed heeft uitgevoerd op te lossen. De lekkage is zoals voorheen kwam ik achter toen het weer regende, en heb dus eigenlijk compleet voor niets betaald.
Toch besloten maar akkoord te gaan met de wachttijd omdat ik het graag opgelost wil hebben, maar Hank reageert al dagen lang niet meer op de SMSjes die ik stuur als ook de pogingen om hem te bellen. Dat terwijl hij daarvoor makkelijk via SMS en telefonisch te bereiken was. Erg jammer.
 There are plenty of positive reviews on werkspot.nl about Qlus-XL dating back to a few years ago, but unfortunately my experience is different.
Hank now works alone and does not have time to solve a repair to my gutter that he did not perform properly (2 weeks ago) within 8 weeks. The leakage is like before, I found out when it rained again, and so I actually paid completely for nothing.
Still decided to agree to the waiting time because I would like to have it resolved, but Hank has been unresponsive for days on the text messages I send as well as the attempts to call him. That while he could easily be reached by text and telephone before that. Pity.
