R	Remco Knubben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn vriendin en ik hebben een goede massage gehad. Ik een relax massage en zij een sport massage. Als ik alleen daar op af zou gaan, dan zou ik vier of vijf sterren geven. Toch zijn het er maar drie geworden. Belangrijkste reden daarvan is het gebrek aan covid-19 maatregelen. Dat kan echt niet in deze tijd. Misschien is drie sterren zelfs nog te veel. Wat we ook ongemakkelijk vonden is dat de masseuse vriendelijk was, maar dat zij en de masseur geen Nederlands spraken en ook maar zeer beperkt Engels. Dat maakte communicatie ongemakkelijk. Onze telefonische reservering was ook of niet goed doorgegeven of niet goed begrepen. My girlfriend and I had a good massage. I like a relax massage and she a sports massage. If I were to rely on that alone, I would give four or five stars. Yet it only became three. The main reason for this is the lack of covid-19 measures. That is really not possible in this day and age. Perhaps three stars is still too much. What we also found uncomfortable is that the masseuse was friendly, but she and the masseur did not speak Dutch and also very limited English. That made communication uncomfortable. Our telephone reservation was either not properly communicated or understood.
D	Design Domein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag een duomassage gehad, heerlijke en vooral goede massage gehad. Dikke aanrader! Had a duo massage today, had a wonderful and above all good massage. Highly recommended!

Helaas was deze ondertussen verlopen en zeiden ze aan te telefoon, niets aan te doen. Very unfortunate, bought gift card and couldn't collect in time due to the covid and the closure. Unfortunately this had expired in the meantime and they said on the phone, nothing to do.
E	Eleanne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Net voor de eerste lockdown een gift card gekregen die ik nu graag in wilde wisselen. Helaas is dat niet mogelijk omdat de gift card inmiddels verlopen is. Heel jammer dat hier niet wat flexibeler mee omgegaan wordt. Jaren geleden was QoQo nog echt klantgericht, nu helaas niet meer. Just before the first lockdown I received a gift card that I wanted to exchange now. Unfortunately, this is not possible because the gift card has now expired. It is a pity that this is not handled more flexibly. Years ago, QoQo was really customer-oriented, unfortunately not anymore.
M	Mevrouw Verhulst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne salon, goede afstemming qua wensen en behandeling. Een enkele keer een beetje fris. Nice salon, good coordination in terms of wishes and treatment. Sometimes a little fresh.

Ze heeft gedaan waar zij zin in had, en dan toch nog die 51.50 betalen voor full body terwijl ik het niet heb gekregen!!! Met moeite heeft ze mijn voeten gemasseerd 2min maar dan nog niet hoe het hoort!!!! Normaal kom je uit een massage salon herboren, bij mij was het niet het geval!!!! Heb haar aangesproken over haar puntjes en dat ze niet heeft gedaan wat ik haar vroeg en het enigste wat ze kon zeggen is sorry raad jullie echt aan de massage salon iets verder op te nemen in de straat Sint Anthoniestraat 17-A, 2801 GS Gouda daar kom je naar buiten met echt resultaat en voldaat al u wensen. Went for a full body pregnancy massage, explained to her where I was in pain. My wishes were really not fulfilled!!! She did what she felt like, and then still pay the 51.50 for full body when I didn't get it!!! With difficulty she massaged my feet for 2min but still not how it should be!!!! Normally you come from a massage parlor reborn, it was not the case with me!!!! Talked to her about her points and that she didn't do what I asked her and all she could say is sorry really recommend that you take the massage salon a little further in the street Sint Anthoniestraat 17-A, 2801 GS Gouda there you come out with real results and fulfill all your wishes.

Na een vriendelijk ontvangst een massage van anderhalf uur gehad, ze nam echt de tijd om alles goed los te masseren en voelde feilloos aan waar ze moest wezen. Ik kom snel terug. Very satisfied! After a friendly reception had a massage of one and a half hours, she really took the time to massage everything well and felt flawlessly where she had to be. I'll be back soon.

Had een duo massage met mijn partner, hij een rug/schouders/nek massage en ik een voetreflex massage. Was heerlijk ontspannen, lekker warm en een mooie en schone salon. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Very nice people, don't speak Dutch, but good service. Had a duo massage with my partner, he a back/shoulders/neck massage and I a reflexology massage. Was wonderfully relaxed, nice and warm and a nice and clean salon. To be repeated.
