★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze installeerden een ander spoelbak dan waar we om vroegen zonder eerst met ons te overleggen, toen we het merkten zeiden ze dat het onze niet in het ontwerp paste. Bovendien is onze keuken na bijna 6 maanden nog steeds niet af. Het maakt niet uit hoe vaak we bellen of een afspraak proberen te maken met deze mensen, ze zitten gewoon vol met excuses en nooit een oplossing.
Ze hebben ook onze badkamer gedaan, welke muurhoogte hoger is dan standaard muurtegels. Ze hielden nog steeds rekening met standaardhoogte voor het ontwerp, ook al hadden ze de huisplannen van de bouwer om te controleren, hierdoor bleef de bovenste 30 cm zonder tegels. We moesten 600 EUR betalen aan de bouwer om het probleem op te lossen, omdat Qoqon de verantwoordelijkheid niet wilde nemen immers "we het hebben ondertekend en sommige mensen wel op die manier willen".
 They installed a different sink than what we asked for without consulting us first, when we noticed they said ours didn't fit the design. In addition, our kitchen is still unfinished after almost 6 months. No matter how many times we call or try to make an appointment with these people, they are just full of excuses and never a solution.
They also did our bathroom which wall height is higher than standard wall tiles. They still took standard height into account for the design, even though they had the builder's house plans to check, this left the top 12 inches without tiles. We had to pay 600 EUR to the builder to fix the problem, because Qoqon didn't want to take the responsibility because "we signed it and some people want it that way".
