Aanrader Very good customer service. Small problem with the ordered product. After 1 phone call of 3 minutes everything was neatly arranged and the product was replaced. Recommended
T	Tobias Weijers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb werkhandschoenen hier besteld, ruim een week na bestelling nog niks binnen en vervolgens gemaild. Op de mail geen reactie gehad en vervolgens maar gebeld. Aan de telefoon werd mij verteld dat ik een mail gekregen zou hebben met dat het product niet meer op vooraad was en dit een maand zou gaan duren, deze mail heb ik helemaal niet gehad maar meneer bleef volhouden. Los van het feit dat ik het product nog niet binnen heb, is de klantvriendelijkheid dus ook nog eens slecht. I ordered work gloves here, received nothing more than a week after ordering and then emailed. No response to the email and then just called. On the phone I was told that I would have received an e-mail stating that the product was no longer in stock and that this would take a month, I did not receive this e-mail at all, but Mr continued. Apart from the fact that I have not yet received the product, customer friendliness is therefore also bad.

Ik zou alleen graag de mogelijkheid zien om producten incl. btw op de website te tonen ipv. pas in je winkelwagen. Bijv. de prijs incl. btw onder de product prijs. Good offer on the website. Everything is of high quality and will be delivered on time. I would only like to see the possibility to show products incl. VAT on the website instead of. only in your shopping cart. E.g. the price incl. VAT below the product price.

Na het plaatsen van mijn order moesten nog een aantal producten worden gewijzigd. De order kon ik zonder problemen aanpassen, ondanks dat de order al in het verzendproces zat. (Excuses voor het ongemak!) Snel geregeld, goede communicatie, alles mooi op voorraad, dus had de order snel in huis. Bedankt. Order placed with a number of parts to connect an intercooler to my car. After placing my order a number of products had to be changed. I was able to adjust the order without any problems, even though the order was already in the shipping process. Maar dat neemt niet weg dat ze een goede service leveren en kwaliteitsvolle producten leveren. I have always been helped quickly and efficiently. Now I order my qsp products through an intermediate supplier in my area. But that does not alter the fact that they provide good service and quality products.
