Voor ons was dit de eerste aankoop bij dit bedrijf maar zullen het zeker verder aanbevelen.
VERY fast delivery Woods SW38 dehumidifier (# 3012004) for one of our storage areas of the webshop.
For us this was our first purchase from this company but will certainly recommend it further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the wood’s TALL 150 and the first unit seems to have an issue with the motor.
Contacted QualityHygiene and they responded very quickly and professionally.
When I received the next unit I was pleasant surprised that they send an new model the TALL 155 which was clearly an upgrade.
Unfortunately this unit seems to have some power issues but again the customer service at QualityHygiene responded very quickly again with a big apologize and they send a new unit after they checked this thoroughly.
The unit itself is very good build with quality components and silent operation which can be mounted on any wall.
Maybe not suited for people that demand absolute silent when the unit is mounted in the sleeping room.
A big kudo for the customer service of QualityHygiene which is really outstanding, quick, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
