★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have tested and tried several different suppliers of meal shakes.
Jakefood was okay, shake2day's bitter taste still sends shivers down my spine, Soylent was like drinking sawdust with water and Jimmyjoy couldn't even deliver. That said, I'm not going to praise Queal just because its competition is terrible.
They do a really good job at engaging with their community, provide interesting dashboards with regards to your consumption (like money saved, time saved, water saved, acres of land saved...) and most importantly, their shakes taste really good. They have the widest assortment of flavours, widest selection of nutritional needs, and all of them have the same elegant and frothy flavour of oats with a little something, without any of the artificial taste you would expect for such a wide range of flavours.
Hands down the best all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queal = Quick meal is a company that offers meal replacements that are easy to make, tasty, healthy and also environmentally friendly. The ecological factor would be even better if they offered more bulky packages, but the packages now are already very good.
They also offer a lot of different tastes and many vegan options.
Certainly worth checking out if you are trying meal replacements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Might not have the best price/ intake, but being able to choose between 7 flavors really tasty flavors it's a no brainer for me. It's a little chunky - which I like, as it feels more like blended food, rather than a drink. Usually drink it twice a day - after the gym and for dinner, it keeps me full for 5+ hours, which ain't bad at all. Overall really recommend! (p.s. Awesome Apple Pie flavor is awesome!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great, healthy and sustainable alternative for cooking a meal when I don't have time to do so. However, i would love to see Queal contain less sugar and also for larger bag sizes to be available (less packaging material).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queal Shakes are a great food replacement, and very handy if you don't have time to cook, or if you just don't feel like it. I usualy drink a Queal Athletic as breakfast, as I don't really feel like eating in the morning. This helps me to get on my desired calories/day more easily, to support an active lifestyle.
A bag can look pricey, but it's cheaper and healthier than fast food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Queal, it's much faster than cooking and it's very tasty. There are many different tastes – and they make limited edition tastes, you will never get bored of any taste. Also, they're constantly improving their formula and releasing new products! For anyone getting into complete meals, I'd recommend trying out Queal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried a few different nutritionally complete meals before and Queal comes out on top when it comes to taste and texture. Love all the different flavors, I enjoy each one I've tried. Queal helps make it easier to get all my nutrition without having to spend so much time calculating calories and macros. Usually when I'm eating normal meals I have to sit there and input each ingredient (after weighing of course) into the app I use to keep track of calories/nutrients (I use Cronometer), which obviously takes time and honestly it's just exhausting to do every day. Queal is much easier and takes much less time. One cool effect from Queal's many lovely flavors that taste amazing to me, since they're sweet, I've found myself considering it to be my "sweet treat" and when I use it regularly, I stop wanting calorie-intense desserts.
