★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for gel polish nail… the lady started to polish my nail with a drill… then cut them in a random way with a cuter and after all wanted to glue me nails… what part of it is to ask for gel polish nails ? End result, I left the place but I can’t believe if they don’t understand the requirement they can’t just say no, now my nails are totally ruined

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had appointment 16.00 and had to wait more than hour more. 1 person start my nails, then stop and walk away. Had to wait again 15min, that 2nd person continue to fix my nails. He didn't speak Dutch or English, and keep pulling my hand and hit my fingers, if they touch him. Very rude and even i show him that he hurt me. They made my nails so super thin, that now, 1 week later 2 are allready broken. Never ever again.
