★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aardige advocaten die hun best doen maar soms te zwaar belast worden met teveel zaken hetgeen de kwaliteit niet ten goede komt. Hierdoor wordt de vinger niet altijd voldoende aan de pols gehouden. Daarnaast is het wel zo dat hoeveel documenten de wederpartij ook nog inbrengt twee weken voor de zitting en hoe weinig tijd je ook hebt, je altijd alles moet betwisten. Dit moet op papier met documenten worden toegevoegd. Rechters hebben niet de tijd om hele stukken of tuchtzaken waar je naar verwijst dit nog door te gaan nemen. Zelfs van het koopcontract zei de rechter, dat ga ik niet lezen, u moet dat mij aanduiden waar ik naar dien te kijken. Meerdere malen meegemaakt hoe rechters hierop reageren en ook aan Quest advocaten gemeld. Schrijf het uit, benoem het, zeg het. Laat zien waar het staat. De rechter kan bij gebrek aan aanduiding de zaak in het voordeel van de wederpartij beslechten. Rechters hebben daarnaast geen onderzoeksplicht, wie stelt moet bewijzen.
Zo gaf ik antwoord op een aantal punten waarop de Rechter zei, waar staat het? Deze stukken heb ik niet van uw advocaat gekregen.
Helaas kregen we ook geen extra gelegenheid of akte om op al deze punten van de wederpartij te kunnen reageren.
Het zou vanwege de complexiteit waarschijnlijk toch al niet tot een ander oordeel hebben geleid maar toch heb ik een gevoel eraan over gehouden dat we steken hebben laten vallen....

For example, I answered a number of points to which the Judge said, where is it? I have not received these documents from your lawyer.
Unfortunately, we also received no extra opportunity or deed to respond to all these points from the other party.
It would probably not have led to a different judgment because of the complexity, but I still have a feeling that we have dropped ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet onder indruk van hun kennis en kunde. Vrij snel overgestapt naar een andere kantoor, omdat het optreden van de advocate niet inspireerde tot vertrouwen. Advocate leek mij uitgeblust en meer geïnteresseerd in het schrijven van e-mails en lezen van jouw plan van aanpak dan daadwerkelijk een verweer voor te bereiden en deze juridisch te onderbouwen. Niet klantgericht, zeker niet vakbekwaam en ook niet bereid om te procederen voor jou. Kreeg het gevoel dat ze recent haar 1ste jaar rechten heeft afgerond, terwijl de website vermeldde dat ze al 10 jaar actief zou zijn. Heb daar niets van gemerkt.
Not impressed with their knowledge and skills. Switched to another office fairly quickly, because the lawyer's actions did not inspire confidence. Advocate seemed exhausted to me and more interested in writing emails and reading your plan of action than actually preparing a defense and substantiating it legally. Not customer-oriented, certainly not skilled and also not willing to litigate for you. Got the feeling that she recently completed her 1st year of law, when the website stated she would have been in business for 10 years. Didn't notice any of that.
