Easy internet accessibility and a "few minutes reservation" plus a 100% service (confirmation, road-planner suggestions and a "welcome, mr Stuart" when arriving at the gates...) Perfect parking, about 5-10 minutes traveling to the airport by bus, a 30minutes-schedule transfer. With compliments!

Absolutely not recommending! When parking the car, there were problems, because we did not get the second mail with the barcode to open the gate even after repeated calls. In addition, the given address was wrong and we had problems finding the parking space. The way back them was absolutely horrible. We waited 1.5 hours at the airport for the shuttle and only got the answer on the phone that the driver is stuck in a traffic jam. We then had to take a taxi to the parking lot for over 30€. When calling them to complain they said we were standing at the wrong stop even though we checked that 4 times while calling the driver. Simply an absolute impudence!

Almost missed our flight when we departed. Takes at least An hour extra time between arrival on the parking lot and check-in. Shuttles don't arrive every 10 minutes. When calling to quick parking it is not easy to speak somebody from the helpdesk. We also had trouble finding it. Although we entered the address as recommended on the reservation form, Waze pointed us at the wrong Street. The service when we arrived back however was better and faster.

Scandalous ! I am victim. I have cancelled my booking and asked a total refund. The FAQ indicates an automatic refund. And yet, they send an email indicating a refund After several monthes !!!! They are not honnest. Thieves ! Crooks !

it was my first time to use this service and let me tell you that I was afraid of it because of all the bad reviews I read. But let me tell you my experience in details. Departure: I arrived at the parking 5;50pm and at 6:pm the bus came to take us to the airport but it was full and the driver informed us that he already ordered a bus to pick us up and in fact at 6:10pm another bus arrived and it took from 10-12 mins to get to the airport. Arrival: upon my arrival I waited for the bus at the bus stop not more than 15 mins and in less than 10 mins I was at the parking taking my car back home. I would definitely recommend this service for ppl travelling especially for long periods as I almost was paying 6Euros per/day (depends on your stay duration) it is also safe as you enter & exit with the barcode sent to your email

Worst experience in parking in my life. They bring you with a really small bus to the airport leaving alot of people behind. If you don't have the capacity for extra busses tell people you're at capacity, don't make people wait an extra hour. Never use this service. Just pay the extra for parking, trust me.

The only quick thing with this company is its name, thus not representative at all... Worst service ever! On our way to the airport we had to wait at the second location they have to pick up some other people the total transfer time was 25-30 minutes which is longer than the time communicated at their website but still acceptable. On our way back we had to wait an hour for the pick up at the airport, we were two families with infants waiting at the cold and the customer service at the beginning was fooling around stating that the pick up service passed but we didnt see it and at second place they were not picking up at all. After all that wait time, no apologies were asked and they didn't assume any responsibility. I strongly advice you to take whichever other Company as it doesn't deserve the 1-2 euros per day difference all that hassle.

Worst customer service. I made a mistake while booking canceled my booking within 5 minutes but do not qualify for a refund. Getting a reply via email takes days with no real information. Definitely not contact or book there ever again and I can only advise not to consider this parking option!!
