★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quin Doctors should not be allowed to have a practice when they continue to dismiss patients! I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to make an appointment with a doctor (I am registrered with them) but right now (they informed me) they cannot make an appointment by phone, only via their App and (typical of Quin) when I enter my symptoms in the App it comes with a Q&A!!! I have had symptoms of dizziness and headache for over 1 month...yet I cannot see a doctor! This is a disgrace!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These charlatans took over my GP practice, where I have been attending for near on 10 years. Now it's impossible to get an appointment, their app is essentially useless and they never answer the practice phone. In response to my email complaint they have suggested I change doctors! This was after a lot of fanfare about their acquisition improving the service offered. A disgrace to be allowed to operate in healthcare when they can't offer the basics. I'm disgusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never before written a google review, but this business has gotten me to write one. The general waiting time to speak to anybody is ~1,5 hours, and sometimes I was not even allowed to wait in line asked to call another day. They've failed to follow through on promises made regarding sending my medication to the pharmacy, and employeed that I spoke on the phone actually recommended to me I'd go to another doctor due to it being a "burning fire". I've stuck with them because I understand the last years have been difficult for medical professionals, but at some point the functioning of the organization is at fault
