★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een waardeloze bedrijf. Met installatie zijn ze voor de bouwvak vakantie begonnen, toen ze bouwvak vakantie hadden duurde het nog een maand voordat ze terug kwamen om af te werken. Qua afwerking is het ook niet alles. Ze komen hun afspraken niet na want ze zeiden dat ze na 1 maand ongeveer op gesprek komen om te kijken of alles werkte zoals behoren en of er nog iets gedaan moest worden, maar die maand duurt bij ze echt ontzettend lang want tot op heden zijn ze nog niet op gesprek geweest. Service is ontzettend slecht wanneer er dingen van hun stuk is, dan zijn ze te beroerd om langs te komen om het te maken. Dan moet er een bedrijf in de buurt komen die er al helemaal geen verstand heeft hoe alles in elkaar zit of desbetreffend bedrijf langs komen waaronder waar de deurautomaat vandaan komt. We vinden het ontzettend jammer dat we met deze bedrijf in zee zijn gegaan. Bij afwikkeling van de factuur klopte niks mee met wat ze definitief gedaan hadden. Ook hebben ze waarschijnlijk goedkopere spullen gebruikt of het was vele male duurder. Ze krijgen van ons echt niet meer dan 1 ster.
What a worthless company. With installation they started for the vacation trade, when they had vacation vacation it took another month before they came back to finish. In terms of finish, it is also not everything. They do not keep their appointments because they said that after 1 month they will come for a conversation to see if everything worked as it should and if something still needed to be done, but that month lasts really long for them because they are so far have not been on a conversation yet. Service is incredibly bad when things are upset, then they are too bad to come by to make it. Then a company has to come close that has no idea at all how everything works or the relevant company comes along, including where the door vending machine comes from. We think it is a great pity that we have joined forces with this company. When settling the invoice, nothing matched what they had definitely done. They have probably also used cheaper items or it was many times more expensive. They really don't get more than 1 star from us.
