Echter heeft dit door onoplettendheid van Rob voor extra kosten gezorgd voor ao. een 2e taxatie. Ook hebben wij zelf veel informatie uitgezocht en voorgesteld omdat dit voor onze hypotheek gunstig zou zijn. Zoals een bouw depot voor het verduurzamen van onze woning. Je zou verwachten dat een adviseur deze dingen voor je uitzoekt, voor stelt, voorkomt dat documenten verlopen en bovenal geen stress bezorgd als 3 dagen voor de overdracht documenten nog niet in handen zijn van de notaris.
