★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ralph Hagen kreeg van Stichting Vestingmuseum de opdracht om de ruimten in de Helpoort zodanig in te richten dat er sprake kon zijn van een museale inrichting. Hij nam ons mee in zijn frisse aanpak van de toch beperkte ruimten. Hij is er op een voortreffelijke manier in geslaagd de oudste vestingpoort van Nederland om te toveren tot een waar Vestingmuseum. De samenwerking was meer dan voortreffelijk altijd bereid dat stapje extra te doen. Zowel in planvorming als in uitvoering.

Ralph Hagen was commissioned by the Vestingmuseum Foundation to furnish the spaces in the Helpoort in such a way that it could be regarded as a museum layout. He took us along in his fresh approach to the limited spaces. He has succeeded in an excellent way in transforming the oldest fortress gate in the Netherlands into a true Fortress Museum. The cooperation was more than excellent, always willing to go the extra mile. Both in planning and execution.
