★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte communicatie naar de klant toe m.b.t de afwikkeling van bepaalde zaken. Je wordt totaal niet persoonlijk op de hoogte gehouden en krijg het gevoel van zoek het zelf maar uit. De klantvriendelijkheid is ver te zoeken.
Poor communication to the customer regarding the settlement of certain matters. You are not kept personally informed at all and you get the feeling of figuring it out yourself. Customer-friendliness is hard to find.
