★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dat de Rabo-banken de lokale kantoren opheffen is niet leuk/makkelijk, maar begrijpelijk. Maar dat je met bellen 10 - 15 minuten moet wachten voordat je een medewerker aan de telefoon krijgt is zeer klantonvriendelijk en zou met het opheffen van al die kantoren niet moeten gebeuren.
The fact that the Rabobank banks are closing the local branches is not fun/easy, but understandable. But that you have to wait 10 - 15 minutes before you get an employee on the phone is very customer-unfriendly and should not happen with the closure of all those offices.
