★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze mogen wel wat vriendelijker zijn naar de patiënten, ik snap best dat het een stressvolle tijd is maar je moet altijd vriendelijk blijven. Ik wilde een afspraak maken en was toch al in het ziekenhuis, maar ik wel af gekat moest eigelijk bellen en via de ander ingang binnen komen. Als ze het op een normale en vriendelijke tot hadden gezegt was ik niet zo boos geweest.
They may be a bit friendlier to the patients, I understand that it is a stressful time but you should always remain friendly. I wanted to make an appointment and was already in the hospital, but I had to call and come in through the other entrance. If they had said it in a normal and friendly way, I wouldn't have been so angry.
