Receptionist, drivers, room, cleanliness all good. However, the housekeeping lady wasn’t helpful. I asked for bottled water (with body language) and she replied by saying β€œno English”. She even showed gestures to call reception (i believe, who else would i have to call). Technically she’s a housekeeper, usually they have water bottles on the cart and if not they could have gotten it for you. Just like other hotels. Even if I were to call the receptionist, I’m sure she’s the one who has to come in the end. Not helpful at all.

We had some problem with the booking agency, totally not the hotels fault, but they advised us to take a drink in the bar, and 5 minutes later they came with our keys and had sorted the problem that wasn’t theirs. Pleasant and service minded in away that is very rare. This is my new favorite hotel at AMS.

The rooms are nice, good temperature control, but the towels are horrible just like sand paper. They need to look for softer towels for guests.

Very nice people. The bed was how I like it. Very clean. All in general good. Payment however has been a nightmare. Almost a month ago I was there and they are still taking money out of my account.

Really very nice hotel with really very spacious rooms. The location is one of its good points, as it offers several free shuttles that take you to the airport. The only thing to improve is the breakfast, which, in my opinion, could be more abundant, and also the same thing for dinner

On my way from Toronto to Johannesburg, I had to take a night stay at the hotel, thanks to storm Eunice as all connecting flights were cancelled. The hotel had a bus service (shuttle) from the airport to their facility. The only issue I found was with their check in times. They were taking almost 20-25” per person to check in which was a bit frustrating but other than that everything was 100s. The room was clean and so were the bathrooms. Having said that, bathroom needs a bit of TLC esp in the room that was assigned to me (cracked tiles & leaking shower), though that didn’t bother me as I just wanted to crash. I ordered some food and drinks which was quite nice. The best part was their breakfast which had almost everything one can imagine though due to COVid there was no live kitchen but that was not an issue as everything was fresh & upto mark. The next morning woke up early, had my breakfast and used the shuttle to reach the airport, all in all good experience. Keep the good work!!

This is by far one of the best airport hotels we have stayed at. The staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely accommodating. The evening room service quality (food) was a little less than expected, however the breakfast was excellent. Overall the hotel is nicely designed and the room was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again in future.

I stayed at the Schiphol-Rijk Radisson Blu for over a month when I moved to The Netherlands first. I had a Business Class room with a king sized bed. For the whole time I was there the hotel and more importantly, the staff, never let me down once. The service was efficient, friendly and always, always came with a smile and a warm word. Whether front desk, restaurant and food service, house keeping or even shuttle bus drivers, no-one was ever grumpy or loathe to help. Frankly one of my top three favourite hotels anywhere, a real credit to the brand name Radisson.
