Mialam przyjemnosc cwiczyc z Krisem przez kilka miesiecy i jestem zachwycona rezultatami. Dzieki wspanialemu przygotowaniu merytorycznemu udalo mi sie zrzucic zbedne kilogramy i wyraznie poprawic sylwetke w rekordowym czasie. Zdecydowanie polecam!!:))
I had the pleasure of training with Kris for several months and I am delighted with the results. Thanks to the great substantive preparation I managed to lose unnecessary kilograms and clearly improve the silhouette in record time. I definitely recommend it !! :))

De beste investering in jezelf! Hele goede voedingsadvies en training. De keuze voor Kris is helemaal de juiste keuze die je maakt. Bardzo dobry, kompetentny trener. Treningi cechują się dużym urozmaiceniem. Każde ćwiczenia potrafi solidnie wytłumaczyć co, jak i dlaczego. Wyciska siódme poty :-)i przykłada się do swojej pracy.

Each exercise can reliably explain what, how and why. He squeezes out sweat :-) and puts an effort to his work.

Zdeeeecydowanie polecam :) !! Krzysztof posiada ogromna wiedzę poparta doświadczeniem !. Uczy i czuwa nad prawidłowa technika wykonywanych ćwiczeń, na bierząco kontroluje postępy i modyfikuje trening by był jak najbardziej efektywny jeśli sytuacja tego wymaga :)). Jest niesamowicie pozytywna, uśmiechnięta zaangażowana w to osoba.. . A przede wszystkim pozytywnie motywuje do wysiłku i sprawia że za każdym razem wychodzi się po treningu zmęczonym z uśmiechem na twarzy :)).
I definitely recommend :) !! Krzysztof has vast knowledge supported by experience! He teaches and supervises the proper technique of performed exercises, constantly controls progress and modifies the training to be as effective as possible if the situation requires it :)). She is extremely positive, smiling person involved in this ... And above all, it positively motivates to the effort and makes every time you go out after a tired workout with a smile on your face :)).

Szczerze polecam Rajs Training!!! Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z takim profesjonalnym a zarazem sympatycznym podejściem do klienta. Trener jest bardzo kompetentny, wymagający i pomocny. Na każde moje pytanie jest zaraz bardzo obszerna odpowiedź, wyjaśnienie. Wierzy we mnie, często bardziej niż ja w siebie. Muszę przyznać, że nie lubię ćwiczyc i jestem ogromnym leniem ale za każdym razem gdy kończę trening wychodzę z uśmiechem na ustach.
I highly recommend Rajs Training !!! For the first time I met with such a professional and at the same time nice approach to the client. The trainer is very knowledgeable, demanding and helpful. Each of my questions has a very comprehensive answer and explanation. He believes in me, often more than I do in me. I have to admit that I don't like exercising and I am very lazy but every time I finish training I leave with a smile.

This is a very good personalized gym ran by a professional and dedicated trainer. He will not only tailor your training to your needs but also will explain each step on the how but also the why. In the course of six months I have improved a lot and it really helps in my daily life when it comes to daily energy and confidence.

I met Krzysztof at the gym, when I accidentally took a 5 kg weight for doing the Barbell Incline Bench Press exercise, which he wanted to use. I apologized and gave it back. Then while I was doing the exercise, he shouted “that’s too light for you!”. That moment struck me like lightning. I told myself, I need to train with him. Krzysztof sees your capabilities, limitations and potentials. Also having read his own experience, it made me reconsider about how exactly I want to achieve my goal. What I really like and appreciate is his caring attention, his intensive, rigorous and personalized training, his knowledge of fitness and his excellent and very detailed food schedule. When it comes to the training, he will push you to the edge to get the best out of you. From exciting kettlebells to hard pull-ups, it’s going to be very tough in the beginning as always, but the feeling you get afterwards is so rewarding. Personally, I have always searched for challenges in my fitness life, but struggled by not having the right way of training and the thoughts that I’m too weak. But that is wrong, because that’s the only way to get to the next level step by step. Of course there are many times when the sentence ‘no pain no gain’ occured in my body. It’s a process that takes time and dedication. With Krzysztof you’ll stay on the right track. I’ve progressed a lot since then and when the right time comes, I’ll be confident to take my shirt off ;-) I am someone who has a daily office job. Sitting all day behind the computer can be demotivating. That’s why everytime I look forward to do the full energizing training of Krzysztof to have a balanced, healthy and fit life. I am really grateful to have met him and train with him. So now it’s your turn to train with him.
