Afspraken over het aanpassen en versturen van de offerte werden wat minder nauwgezet gevolgd. De uitvoering van de opdracht was echter top! Dank ook voor jullie inzet tijdens deze Corona-crisis.
Professional and helpful installation team. Our doors and frames look fine again. Agreements for installation were properly observed. Agreements about adjusting and sending the quotation were followed less carefully. However, the execution of the assignment was top! Thank you also for your efforts during this Corona crisis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijk en gastvrij te woord gestaan. Mooie showroom en uitstekend voorgelicht. Alleen jammer dat we nadien niets meer gehoord hebben. We hadden de maatvoering van alle kozijnen en een bouwtekening meegenomen. We hebben alle gegevens achtergelaten maar zoals gezegd bleef het heel stil. Geen belletje of mailtje gehad. Dan maar naar een andere leverancier gegaan die wel hun afspraken zijn nagekomen.
Friendly and welcoming. Beautiful showroom and excellent information. It's just a pity that we haven't heard anything since. We included the dimensions of all window frames and a construction drawing. We have left all the data but as said it remained very quiet. Didn't receive a call or email. Then we went to another supplier who did fulfill their agreements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne partij om mee samen te werken. Leveren vakwerk, alles gaat in overleg voor een mooie prijs! In het voor traject kan de communicatie beter maar het eind resultaat is prachtig.
Nice party to work with. Delivering craftsmanship, everything is in consultation for a nice price! Communication could be better during the preliminary phase, but the end result is beautiful.
