★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eerst geprobeerd te solliciteren naar een functie via de website van Randstad zelf. Toen ik de motivatie via de website had opgeschreven, werd de verbinding van de website ineens verbroken waardoor ik alles kwijt was.
De motivatie vervolgens opnieuw geschreven en persoonlijk verstuurd per e-mail naar Jasper van Randstad Delft. Een aantal keren gebeld of er al nieuws was met betrekking tot de functie waar ik naar had gesolliciteerd. De beste man wist nog niets maar zou mij op de hoogte houden.
Vervolgens nooit meer wat gehoord van mijn sollicitatie.
Helaas heeft de sollicitant in deze economische tijden wat minder te vertellen. Dit mag toch niet resulteren in dit soort behandelingen. Randstad moet eens realiseren hoe lang iemand de tijd neemt om een motivatie te schrijven voor een vacature. Als er dan vervolgens zo met je wordt omgegaan, dan wordt je niet serieus genomen en verdient Randstad voor deze behandeling een dikke 1.
 First tried to apply for a position via the Randstad website itself. When I had written down the motivation via the website, the connection to the website was suddenly broken and I lost everything.
The motivation then re-written and sent personally by e-mail to Jasper from Randstad Delft. Called a number of times to see if there was any news regarding the position I had applied for. The best man knew nothing yet but would keep me informed.
Then never heard from my application again.
Unfortunately, the applicant has less to say in these economic times. This may not result in this type of treatment. Randstad must realize how long someone takes the time to write a motivation for a vacancy. If you are then treated that way, then you will not be taken seriously and Randstad deserves a big 1 for this treatment.
