I bought some expensive shampoo here that was recommended to me after my hair cut/colour, and it turned my hair PURPLE! (and yes before you ask I did follow the instructions written on the back of the bottle).

Great experience; I was hesitant to get my first haircut in the Netherlands but Randy was very welcoming, listened to what I want and gave me a great haircut.

I had a horrible experience and I would like to post it here so that other people with same hair type will not have the same (dark hair with i visible red pigment and treatment was highlights). I went there in May. Was a repeat visit and since the color wasn't good the first time (dark yellow instead of blond) they said to let know ahead that my hair takes time to color. I did. I believe what then happened is that they put too much blonding agent because after washing my hair (it was very long til waist and thick) all my hair was just one big clump. Was shocked but they didn't apologize she just tried to explain that it's because of the washing in sink. Never ever happened to me before at a hairdresser. Also they always take turns to do things with you so it was kind of no ones responsibility. So once this was brushed out which took a while they finished up and charged me 20 eur more than last time with no explanation. The color was OK. But when I went home I started to lose a lot of hair and when I washed my hair just seemed to fall out. I literally had a sink full of hair. Luckily I had thick hair but at least 1/3 was gone plus I had to cut it by 20 cm. After 3 months I went to my regular hairdresser in Estonia where I cut it and by that time hair had started to regrow, had like 2-3 cm of regrowth. And I coloured again and everything was fine like normal and the hair falling stopped. They tried to say it was just a result of my highlights of 10 years and whatever basically that they did nothing wrong. They did try to offer me an Olaplex treatment back in May. Now I have 5 cm of hair where the hair was highlighted which is curly and sticking out everywhere and people asking me whats up with my hair :D So Randy the Cutting Crew for highlights is not recommended. I do have red pigment in my hair but basically just normal darker hair.

Before you read this review, please note: I'm French, I'm super picky, and I've almost never been satisfied of the result after going to the hairdresser's (and having lived in 7 countries, I've tried many). But this time (only the 2d time in almost 32 years of existence) it even exceeded my expectations. I left happy and liking my hair. The owner is very friendly, no fuss, the team looks genuinely happy to work there, it's clean, the prices are fair, simple and efficient. No time wasted but very nice conversations. He has golden fingers I'd say! I got pampered, they took extra time since it was the first visit, I even got 2 coffees and some cookies. The right tone of colour has been chosen and the cut was even better than what I asked for. I knew I could trust him straight away, they are definitely professionals who are doing their best and listen. Not going anywhere else as long as I live in Holland!

So happy with my haircut and colour! Very professional and friendly staff.
