★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voordat ik contact opnam met Els, twijfelde ik over mijzelf.... Ik was vol van gevoelens van: afwijzing, opoffering, verdriet, vergeving en vooral met een tekort aan eigenwaarde en zelfliefde. En ondanks dat ik met mijn logisch denken ervan overtuigd was dat ik dat al lang achter mij had gelaten begon ik langzaam te begrijpen dat mijn onderbewuste mij zo had geprogrammeerd dat ik onbewust toch steeds deze patronen en gevoelens bleef herhalen. Het nadeel van deze patronen was dat ik negatieve personen die mij niet naar waarde schatten bleef aantrekken en tevens hun afwijzing voor liefde aanzag.
Door de RTT sessie bij Els heb ik ontdekt dat ik mijzelf in de gevangenis had geplaatst en dat ik mijzelf heb opgeofferd vooral voor degene die in mijn jeugdjaren zo belangrijk voor mij waren en die ik liefhad. Ik zette mij hierdoor op de laatste plaats. En dit patroon bleef ik ongemerkt herhalen.
Echter, nu kan ik mijzelf weer langzaam op de eerste plaats zetten en mijzelf liefhebben voor de mooie persoon die ik ben.
En om die reden raad ik Els aan, aan iedereen die zich geblokkeerd voelt. Omdat er altijd een oplossing voor handen is als je gaat begrijpen waarom je bepaalde dingen doet in je leven. Els gebruikt heerlijke duidelijke taal. En ze wist het probleem zo te ontmaskeren.
Ik ben jou Els enorm dankbaar dat je mij hebt geholpen om de zeer diep ingesleten geloofsovertuiging te herschrijven.
Dankjewel voor alles ?
 Before I contacted Els, I had doubts about myself .... I was full of feelings of: rejection, sacrifice, sadness, forgiveness and especially with a lack of self-worth and self-love. And although I was convinced with my logical thinking that I had long ago left that behind me, I slowly began to understand that my subconscious had programmed me in such a way that I unconsciously kept repeating these patterns and feelings. The disadvantage of these patterns was that I continued to attract negative people who do not value me, as well as their rejection of love.
Through the RTT session with Els I discovered that I had put myself in prison and that I sacrificed myself especially for those who were so important to me in my youth and who I loved. This put me in last place. And I kept repeating this pattern unnoticed.
However, now I can slowly put myself back in the first place and love myself for the beautiful person I am.
And for that reason I recommend Els to anyone who feels blocked. Because there is always a solution available when you come to understand why you do certain things in your life. Els uses wonderful clear language. And she managed to unmask the problem.
I am very grateful to you Els for helping me to rewrite the deeply ingrained belief.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een stabiele vaste spreekstem op mijn werk ondanks emoties door boosheid:
Ontzettend fijn hoe Els me hier zo snel mee heeft kunnen helpen. Er hoefde niet lang over mijn probleem gepraat te worden wat ik wel prettig vond. De intake was kort en een afspraak was op korte termijn gemaakt. Zo anders wanneer je bij een psycholoog terecht wilt en eerst maanden moet wachten en eerst oeverloos over je probleem gaat praten.
Hoewel ik de sessie aanvankelijk spannend vond, wist Els me snel op mijn gemak te stellen. Ze heeft een prettige rustige stem en ik kon me er goed bij ontspannen. In slechts 1 sessie en natuurlijk het huiswerk wat er bij hoort, is mijn probleem verdwenen. Ik ervaar op mijn werk hoe goed dit voor mij heeft gewerkt. Echt geweldig hoe het brein de mogelijkheid heeft om nieuwe gedachten en overtuigingen te kunnen volgen waardoor je voorgoed verlost bent van je oude mindset die soms zo belemmerend voor je kan werken. Ik beveel de RTT therapie van Els van harte aan. Ze is invoelend en betrokken en weet je snel te helpen. Nogmaals bedankt Els!

Very nice how Els was able to help me with this so quickly. It didn't take long to talk about my problem, which I did like. The intake was short and an appointment was made in the short term. So different when you want to go to a psychologist and first have to wait for months and first start talking endlessly about your problem.
Although I initially found the session exciting, Els quickly put me at ease. She has a pleasant calm voice and I could relax well with it. In just 1 session and of course the homework that goes with it, my problem has disappeared. At work I experience how well this has worked for me. Really amazing how the brain has the ability to follow new thoughts and beliefs, so that you are permanently relieved of your old mindset that can sometimes be a hindrance to you. I heartily recommend Els RTT therapy. She is empathetic and involved and knows how to help you quickly. Thanks again Els!
