★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff at the front desk ( security check-in ), but it takes way too long untill you can reach them ( you have to wait outside, respecting the social distance, in a tent for minimum 1 hour at -5°C, it's a pleasure, take your ski clothes, otherwise you'll get frozen)
