In het begin is er vanuit RB-Media veelvuldig tijd gemaakt om met ons in gesprek te gaan om zo te achterhalen wat wij nu willen bereiken met de nieuwe website en hoe dit het beste vorm gegeven kan worden. Er wordt goed gehoor gegeven aan de klant, maar wanneer zij uit kennis en ervaring weten dat iets doeltreffender kan, wordt dit snel, volledig en begrijpelijk uitgelegd en vervolgens direct geïmplementeerd. Ook na livegang van de website is het prettig om samen te werken met RB-Media. De support afdeling is goed bereikbaar en helpt je daarnaast altijd weer snel op weg. RB-Media gave us a good feeling from the start. We were looking for a party that is not only concerned with building a website, but looks at the whole. In the beginning, RB-Media often made time to talk to us in order to find out what we now want to achieve with the new website and how this can best be designed. The customer is well listened to, but when they know from knowledge and experience that something can be done more effectively, this is explained quickly, completely and comprehensively and then immediately implemented. Wat hierbij vooral opvalt is de goede communicatie, gedurende het traject ben je altijd op de hoogte en is er een duidelijke planning. Ik typeer RB-Media als een moderne, servicegerichte organisatie waar de klant op de eerste plaats staat. We voelden ons als klant erg betrokken bij het ontwikkelproces. Toen de website gereed was, volgde een uitgebreide uitleg van het CMS systeem. Dit vond plaats op locatie onder het genot van een lekkere kop koffie. De uitleg kreeg je overigens ook mee naar huis.
