P	Pizzeria Nefertiti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tegels besteld bij hun, het ging om 160 m, en is mij verteld dat zodra het binnen is met twee a drie weken mij gaan bellen, ik wachten en wachten nix, ik bel zelf, krijg de medewerker die mij geholpen heeft drie weken terug aan de lijn, en ja hoor , tegels zijn binnen maar heeft niet meer genoeg staan voor mij omdat ze dan inmiddels verkocht zijn !!! Wat moet je met zo n antwoord?! Drie weken aan t wachten! Zoals duidelijk is te zien op de foto’s lijken de tegels in geen 1 mogelijkheid op de geleverde tegels. Nu word er gezegd dat dit een speciale bestelling is en niet terug genomen word. Het lijkt mij dat je de foto’s die gestuurd worden toch wel een beetje moeten lijken op de geleverde tegels. Er word gezegd dat we dan langs hadden moeten komen maar hierdoor veranderd het product niet wat ze als voorbeeld hebben staan. Aanvulling op reactie; waarvoor heb ik dan een afspraak gemaakt ? Om toch geholpen te worden en of direct een bestelling te plaatsen ? Na dit soort manier van service hoef ik absoluut geen bestelling te plaatsen! Drive there by appointment, delivery time can pass that on to you if you send them an e-mail.. Good service.. Addition to response; what did I make an appointment for? To be helped and or to place an order immediately? After this kind of service, I definitely don't need to place an order!
p	pascal van wissen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5-10 tegels besteld. 17-12 geleverd met een aantal gebroken tegels (kan gebeuren). Direct gevraagd of er zsm nieuwe tegels kunnen komen ivm een badkamer die niet af is. Ik heb veel telefonisch contact gehad met dit bedrijf en krijg steeds te horen dat er contact opgenomen zal worden als de tegels er zijn en voel mij niet serieus genomen. Inmiddels is het 24-2 en ben 2 dagen geleden gebeld dat de tegels ongeveer over 2 weken worden geleverd. Dus bij 3 a 4 weken lever tijd (wat ons toegezegd is en op de site stond) wordt de plank hier flink mis geslagen. Daarentegen wel een mooie tegel voor de prijs. 5-10 tiles ordered. 17-12 comes with some broken tiles (can happen). Immediately asked if new tiles can come asap due to an unfinished bathroom. I've had a lot of phone contact with this company and I keep getting told that they will be contacted when the tiles are there and I don't feel taken seriously. It is now 24-2 and I got a call 2 days ago that the tiles will be delivered in about 2 weeks. So with a delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks (which is promised to us and which was stated on the site) the board is seriously wrong here. On the other hand, a nice tile for the price.

Deze na aantal maanden geaccepteerd, daar deze 6 maanden geldig was. Werd na het accepteren direct gebeld door RB Tegels. Het is voor hun geen probleem dat de bestelde tegels nog enkele maanden worden opgeslagen bij hun, daar wij nog een huis aan het bouwen zijn. Mochten we de tegels toch eerder nodig hebben dan kan dit ook. Kortom erg flexibel! Als de levering ook zo netjes verloopt dan kan ik dit bedrijf alleen maar aanraden!! Nog even een toevoeging: Achteraf bleek ik een kleur donkerder te hebben besteld dan ik eigenlijk wilde. Kosteloos is mijn bestelling omgezet naar de juiste kleur. Op de afgesproken dag is de bestelling geleverd. Er waren geen tegels gebroken. Heel blij met de service en wat zijn de tegels mooi! Been back to the showroom for a while. Helped kindly there. Receive a quote quickly by email. This was accepted after a few months, as it was valid for 6 months. Was immediately called by RB Tegels after accepting. It is no problem for them that the ordered tiles will be stored with them for a few months, as we are still building a house. If we need the tiles sooner, this is also possible. In short, very flexible! I can only recommend this company if the delivery also runs smoothly! One more addition: Afterwards I turned out to have ordered a color darker than I actually wanted. My order was converted to the correct color free of charge. The order was delivered on the agreed day. No tiles were broken. Very happy with the service and the tiles are beautiful!
