★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede service door dit bedrijf van vader en zoon. Minpuntje is dat er geen leen scooters ter beschikking zijn voor als de eigen scooter er in onderhoud is.
Good service by this company from father and son. Downside is that there are no loan scooters available for when the own scooter is in maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas geleden heb ik scooter banden besteld met het vermoeden dat ze lek waren, achteraf bleek het ventiel lek te zijn.
Niets aanbetaald, alles is telefonisch gebeurd.
Contact gehad met RC scooters, en de vraag gesteld of ik de banden kon annuleren.
Helaas bleek dit niet mogelijk en werd ik er op geattendeerd dat de banden betaald moeten worden.
Hun leverancier maakt het hun niet mogelijk om de scooter banden terug te sturen, maar daar heb ik natuurlijk niets mee te maken.
Er is geen koop gesloten, klantvriendelijk is ver te zoeken op dit moment, dit ben ik niet gewend van RC scooters.
Kosten van een ventiel zijn €10, de banden kostten €140.
De manier hoe het gesprek werd beëindigd is ook verre van professioneel.
Recently I ordered scooter tires with the suspicion that they were flat, afterwards the valve turned out to be a leak.
Nothing down payment, everything was done by phone.
Had contact with RC scooters, and asked if I could cancel the tires.
Unfortunately this turned out to be impossible and I was made aware that the tires have to be paid.
Their supplier does not allow them to return the scooter tires, but of course I have nothing to do with that.
There is no sale, customer friendly is hard to find at the moment, I am not used to this from RC scooters.
Cost of a valve is € 10, the tires cost € 140.
The way the conversation ended is also far from professional.
