Elke medewerker aan de telefoon verteld iets anders en ben nu al 2 weken bezig met iets wat binnen 5 werkdagen geregeld zou zijn. The VRD department of the RDW is a big mess. Every employee on the phone tells something different and I have been busy for 2 weeks with something that would be arranged within 5 working days.

Bij mijn aanvraag voor een keuring om het TMM gewicht van mijn camper te wijzigen gaat alles fout wat maar fout kan gaan. De aanvraag moest ik maar doen op een Windows-computer ipv een Apple. Van alle bekende kastje naar de bekende muren sturen als je belt tegen een 0900nr. tarief. Zelfs als ze die vergoeden moet je het alsnog achter de helsdeuren weghalen. Een onvolledig offerte krijgen voor de keuring, dus faktuur te hoog. Vierkante bandjes rijden tijdens de keuring (wel betaald gehad). Enfin teveel om op te noemen. Op de klacht die ik ingediend heb krijg ik telefonisch antwoord met de mededeling: Ik bel u zo snel mogelijk terug. Maar goed nu na ruim 14 dgn nog geen reactie. Te schandalig voor woorden. De ene ster die ik gegeven heb is nog teveel, maar dat moet anders kan ik deze posting niet plaatsen Han burger I think it's speed if something that needs to be done within 5 days is done in 14 days. With my request for an inspection to change the TMM weight of my camper everything goes wrong that can go wrong. I just had to make the request on a Windows computer instead of an Apple. Get an incomplete quotation for the inspection, so the invoice is too high. Square tires drive during the inspection (had paid). Anyway too many to mention. I receive a telephone answer to the complaint that I have submitted with the message: I will call you back as soon as possible. But now no response after more than 14 days. Too outrageous for words. The one star I have given is still too much, but I have to do that otherwise I cannot post this posting
J	Jan Boerkamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had problemen met onze APK. contact gaf mij een van het kastje naar de muur gevoel. wel complimenten voor heer Hillenga. hij heeft ons probleem snel opgelost en belde later terug om te vragen of alles nog steeds werkte. heel fijn. had problems with our MOT. contact gave me a feeling from pillar to post. compliments to Mr Hillenga. he quickly resolved our problem and called back later to ask if everything was still working. very nice.

I would highly recommend experience great personal tragedy or loss before interacting with them as you can remind yourself that even if it doesn't seem like it, things can be worse.
