★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schandalig dat als je geen digi d hebt een formulier printen en opsturen 5 dagen duurt . Ze verdienen toch geld om iets te doen. . Zet het formulier op de site zodat mensen dit zelf kunnen printen als jullie niet willen werken voor je geld .
 It's a shame that if you don't have a digi d, printing and sending a form takes 5 days. They make money doing something anyway. . Put the form on the site so people can print it themselves if you don't want to work for your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It should be open at 8.00, they open it 8.15, so people stay outside and wait untill someone will be ready to start work. Unbelievable!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I undestrand that Covid-19 is causing a lot of problems but to wait more than 45 min to help one person is just wrong. Bottom line if you want to export a car or do anything else make sure that you do have a hole day off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in the process of trying to get my care name changed within the last month but unfortunately the employees at RDW continue to fail to give me the right information. It has now been twice that I called and they told me two different things, leading to having to spend more time and money on this process. I think its time that RDW refreshes themselves on the procedures.
