★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni ze współpracy. Wynajmowaliśmy mieszkanie przez rok. Wszelkie usterki naprawiane były niezwłocznie i bez problemów. Kontakt byl zawsze miły i profesjonalny. Mieszkanie zadbane i czyste. Zwrot kaucji również bez problemów. Szczerze polecam wynajmującego.

 We are very pleased with the cooperation. We rented an apartment for a year. All defects were repaired immediately and without problems. Contact was always nice and professional. The apartment is neat and clean. The deposit is also refunded without any problems. I sincerely recommend the landlord.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie polecam, całkowicie niekompetentna firma. Sytuacja z zeszłego tygodnia, wynajęcie mieszkania, podpisanie umowy, zapłacone czynsz, borg plus opłata maklerska, promocyjna. Opłata którą uiszcza osoba zgłaszająca mieszkanie do wynajęcia, a nie wynajmująca więc chyba nielegalna. Ale ok, mamy mieszkanie, zgoda na zwierzę, trzy osoby meldunek, czwarta może mieszkać. No to zamawiamy busa i jedziemy do Polski po meble, kota i współlokatorów. Na drugi dzień telefon, że proszę zabrać rzeczy, oddamy kasę, bo prawo się zmieniło. W nocy? Nie, w lipcu. Na wariata załatwianie kotu dom, odmawianie busa i pytanie co teraz. Oddali kasę, obietnica, że w ciągu 2 tygodni znajdą nowe. Telefon, jedziemy oglądać i jest ok raczej weźmiemy. Na drugi dzień telefon, że 4 osoby absolutnie nie. Więc po co to umawianie, te obietnice? I zniżka na "opłate maklerską" zamiast 500 euro to 300. Nie polecam

On the second day, a call to ask you to take your things, we will return the money, because the law has changed. In the night? No, in July. To a madman taking care of the cat's house, refusing the bus and asking what now. They gave the money back, a promise to find new ones within 2 weeks. Phone, we're going to watch and it's ok, we'll rather take it. On the second day there was a call that 4 people absolutely did not. So what are these making promises for? And the discount on the "brokerage fee" is 300 instead of 500 euro. I do not recommend it
