The account application process is straightforward and even if you are intimidated with the Dutch web interface, you can give them a call and they will guide you through the process on the phone. I should also mention Ebru's name who works at online help desk as she has been very attentive and solution-oriented with my urgent requests. I will update this review depending on my longer term experience with the firm.
