Wij van Redux Gaming worden ontzettend enthousiast van gamen, of dat nou op de PC is of een andere console. Wij staan bij Redux Gaming voor service. Bij ons ontvang je standaard 3 jaar garantie op je PC. Is er iets stuk of werkt iets niet maar heb je zelf al eens je case opengemaakt? Wij doen er niet moeilijk over, je garantie vervalt hierdoor niet. Wij proberen je juist zo snel mogelijk te helpen, dit gebeurt in eerste instantie op afstand zodat eenvoudige problemen snel kunnen worden opgelost. Is het op deze manier niet gelukt? Dan kan je je PC naar ons opsturen zodat wij hem kunnen repareren. Dit doen we zo snel mogelijk, zodat je weer zo snel mogelijk kan genieten van je games.
Extra snel je PC terug bij je thuis? Dan bieden we een premium garantie waarbij de wachttijd op een reparatie wordt verkort. Defecte onderdelen worden dan namelijk direct vervangen, wij gaan in dit geval niet wachten op RMA-afhandeling vanuit onze leverancier. Dit is bij de standaard garantie wel het geval. De meerprijs voor premium garantie is €50,-

Doet het systeem niet wat we je beloofd hebben? Of heb je je simpelweg bedacht? Dan kun je het binnen 30 dagen na levering gewoon naar ons terugsturen, altijd! Wel is het natuurlijk begrijpelijk dat het product in dezelfde staat moet worden geretourneerd als dat het geleverd is geworden.

β β β β β I bought the Redux Rog Gamer I320 and it's an amazing machine.. Very clean build. No problems at all. And the service who brougt it was good, profesional and fast. It is always a bit scary to buy a preset build pc but my concern was gone the moment i start my pc. No strange noises or scratches or broken parts. And yeah i tested it for a few days and i'm very satisfied.. Good work Redux.

β β β β β UPDATE: Redux resolved the issue and fully refunded my order. Overall, very friendly guys and wish them all the luck with their business.
Ordered the PC and waited a month for it to arrive. Upon delivery the computer was not working (there was a major hardware issue with the GPU). Called the customer service line and they were helpful but told me I had to bring my computer to them for it to be fixed quickly.... so I drove from Amsterdam to Maastricht for them to fix the computer (which I had never used as it didnt work upon delivery.)
Thankfully, they fixed the computer by replacing the faulty GPU and the computer was working fine for a week (when it worked, the computer was amazing!). Then the same happened - some kind of critical hardware issue with the GPU. I called and this is where it all started to go downhill...
Firstly, I feel as a company, you should do more to show understanding and support when things go wrong. I was a very easy and flexible customer, even driving to Maastricht when the company should of delivered a working PC from the beginning. I was told by the Customer service agent that it was my own choice to go to Maastricht... (certainly was not my choice... i am not the one sending faulty PCs to customers). This is also possibly the worst thing to tell a customer that is complaining... that it is their fault... some major investment on customer service skills needed there. Anyway... I was patient and the agent said he could get the PC picked up the same day for them to look at - I highly appreciated this. Sadly... no one ever came to pick up the PC. The next day the PC was picked up at 6pm, meaning 2 days had passed since I was promised the same day pick up. Once it was finally taken, the package was lost until the Tuesday the next week. This is when I gave up and asked for the full refund.
I must say, I feel as a company you could do so much better if you would look into your processes and partner companies. For example, why do you work with a delivery partner that has no customer service center to call? As a company, you are also responsible for using good partners (DHL would of been a much better option for example). Why don't you provide a 50EUR voucher to someone who drove to Maastricht to solve your issue? When I called you, why dont you train your personnel to show understanding, offer us something such as a Redux gaming voucher (keeps the revenue in the business) to show appreciation and apologize for the major faults that you had. These are small costs to you that could save you from loosing a customer entirely. Customers are willing to be flexible and forgive, but its a two way street and I think at every step Redux failed to use initative and service skills to keep the customer (me) on their side. I wish you guys good luck with your company - be self critical and look at your operations.

β β β β β Ordered a GPU that was cheaper on Redux than anywhere else. Was skeptical at first, but very pleasantly surprised at the delivery: They used a very good company that offers in-depth tracking and makes sure to bring the box to your door. On top of that, the component itself was extremely well packaged. Everything works as it should. Will order again in the future. Can recommend!

When asking them about it, the response is basically "you'll just have to pay 100 euros extra today for the same rig you wanted yesterday"

Please fix your call center protocol to not say "only 2 minutes left" when in truth it's 2 hours.

β β β β β First bought a pre-build MSI Trident, which heated up quickly and had starting problems. Returned that within 2 days and happy I did! Found this website and got way better specs for the same price. Service and delivery was neat and quick. Now I have the A131 beast which has no problems whatsoever with COD MW, OW, Borderlands 3 etc. Best decision ever!

β β β β β Update: do not buy a machine for professional use here. The service for a badly functioning machine on carry in bases is not recommended.
Only 1 guy seems to know about hi-end builds (10K machine) and he is not willing to help much.
So I will drive 200Km x 4 to bring the machine to their shop and just spent another 4K on a new backup machine (at another store) to keep on making money.
