★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij maken nu meer dan 2 jaar in ons bedrijf gebruik van een cloudcentrale met onbeperkt Internationaal bellen van Redworks en we waren best wat aarzelend. Maar ik kan niets anders zeggen dan dat het telefoonsysteem van Redworks perfect functioneert: goede gesprekskwaliteit, nooit geen uitval, maximale flexibiliteit van de functies die je zelf kunt aanpassen en bovenal enorme kostenbesparing. Een aanrader dus!
 We have been using a cloud center with unlimited international calling from Redworks in our company for over 2 years now and we were quite hesitant. But I can only say that the Redworks telephone system functions perfectly: good call quality, never no downtime, maximum flexibility of the functions that you can adjust yourself and above all enormous cost savings. A must!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds enkele jaren tevreden klant bij Redworks voor zowel internet alsook telefonie. Grote voordeel van Redworks is dat zij goed en snel bereikbaar zijn voor service en technische ondersteuning (geen call center, maar rechtsreeks contact met helpdesk).
A satisfied customer of Redworks for both internet and telephony for several years. The big advantage of Redworks is that they are easily and quickly accessible for service and technical support (no call center, but direct contact with the helpdesk).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maken al aantal jaar gebruik van Redworks, ook al met het vorige bedrijf. Over het algemeen werkt alles prima, geen storingen en verkoop loopt relatief soepel.
Helaas zodra je Service nodig hebt kom je meestal uit bij onvriendelijke mensen uit, heb het gevoel dat het een team is van 2 mensen. Ze laten je behoorlijk merken dat ze vooral niet te veel moeite willen doen en het probleem graag bij je modem leggen zodat ze zelf niet meer dan nodig nadenken. Verder zullen ze je ook zeker niet aangeven waar je dan naar zou moeten kijken.
We gaven aan dat als ze ons niet willen helpen dat we dan voor een andere provider moeten kijken, dit interesseerde de support medewerker echt minder dan niks.
Jammer dat de samenwerking zo tot een eind moet komen.

Have been using Redworks for several years, even with the previous company. In general everything works fine, no breakdowns and sales run relatively smoothly.
Unfortunately once you need Service you usually end up with unfriendly people, feel like it's a team of 2 people. They show you that they do not want to put too much effort and are happy to explain the problem to your modem so that they do not think more than necessary. Furthermore, they will certainly not tell you what you should look at.
We indicated that if they do not want to help us that we have to look for another provider, the support employee was really interested less than nothing.
It is a pity that the collaboration has to come to an end like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We gebruiken de dienst om Nederlandse klanten telefonisch te woord te staan. We zijn zeer tevreden over de dienst zelf en de service die door Redworks geleverd wordt bij eventuele vragen. De support reageert binnen zeer kort tijd.
We use the service to speak to Dutch customers by telephone. We are very satisfied with the service itself and the service provided by Redworks in case of any questions. The support responds within a very short time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een scherpe prijs voor kleine ondernemers. Helpdesk goed bereikbaar als nodig. Alles doorschakelen naar mobiel zonder extra kosten is ook prettig.
A competitive price for small businesses. Helpdesk easily accessible if needed. Forwarding everything to mobile at no extra cost is also nice.
