Auf telefonischer Nachfrage ob das Reisebüro Flixbustickets verkauft, wurde gesagt das sie Flixbus anbieten und Vorort verkaufen.
Nach einer 30 Kilometer Fahrt. Vorort sagten mir 2 Damen, dass sie doch kein Flixbus verkaufen möchten und ich mich doch bitte selbst darum kümmern sollte, wie ich an meine Tickets komme.
Sehr dreist, sie konnten mir keine vernünftigen Auskünfte geben und wollte mir ein Ticket statt für 30€, für 60€ verkaufen und kümmerten sich stattdessen um andere Kunden.
Der Kunde ist König und wenn sie richtige Auskünfte benötigen oder ein Reisebüro aufsuchen, dann bitte jedes Reisebüro außer dieses.
Very unfriendly and outrageous not recommendable.
On phone demand, if the travel agency is selling Flixbustickets, it was said that they offer Flixbus and sell suburb.
After a 30 kilometer drive. Two ladies from the suburb told me that they did not want to sell a Flixbus and that I should take care of how to get my tickets.
Very brazen, they could give me no reasonable information and wanted to sell me a ticket instead of € 30, for 60 € and took care of other customers instead.
The customer is king and if you need the right information or if you are looking for a travel agency, then please any travel agency other than this.
