Stay as far away from them as possible. Very nice if you want to rent a house from them but as soon as they have to step in as landlord...
They let us live with BED BUGS and MOLD in the entire apartment for months without looking for any concrete and long-term solutions. They only tackled the increasing leakage that we had reported months in advance when the water had to be collected with buckets. Their "repairs" lasted for a few weeks before the leakage returned!
Very unprofessional company!
