★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! I was really impressed with my experience. After finding the iPhone 8 in stock and the condition I wanted (like new), I placed my order. I could not believe that I received it the next day because I had ordered the previous night, passed the time they ask you to place your order for next day delivery.
The phone was well package and looks brand-new. Battery maximum capacity at 100%! What else can you ask for?
When you consider the ridiculous price of current models, I'm very happy with what Refurbishes.nl has to offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received an Iphone 7 that didn't work properly from the start. Returned it on time more then 2 months ago, and now I call the third time to talk the client service. The waiting time for such a call, is more than 90 minutes.I have a very little trust that it will be solved, and that is why I am writing this negative review!
Update: Finally I managed to talk with the customer service, and they claim that I have damaged the telephone, by opening it and leaving scratches on the screen! This is a complete lie! Now I am in the catch 22 situation, from one hand the company claims that 'a third party opened the Iphone (not true) so they do not give a warranty and from the other hand they will not update the operating system (no warranty)...
update 3: the company will send the telphone back, without doing a thing, because they forward fals claims, and I have no way to proof they are wrong!
Update 4: I recieved the mobile, the same sofware problem presists. The Iphone doesn't recognize the sim card, exactly the same problem like before. Thank you Refurbrished for selling me a defect appart and then making no effort to fix it, you just lost 3 customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product arrived more than a week later than initially planned and communicated. Contacting the company was difficult as telephone lines were busy and information provided minimal. Eventually product was well- received though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When ordering promise to deliver next day. Now a week later still without delivery. Called: half hour waiting to get a vague answer. Got a mail same evening with everyone waiting for delivery copied in the cc so others could see my email address with a promise to deliver within this week. Friday evening no delivery. Seems chaotic.

Bought an iPhone in July, front camera was broken. I returned it, now I'm still waiting for my money back or a replacement phone in October.
Don't bother contacting them normally, emails are *totally* ignored, and the phone support, after an average of 1h queue, will always -called 7 times already- tell you 'we will update you tomorrow the latest. And guess what, they won't.
So far they even ignored the ODR procedure I started two weeks ago, two more weeks and I'll have to get a lawyer involved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sold my Mac Book Air to them 2 months ago and still haven't received my money. I send various E-Mails and called them but despite them telling me every time they will look into it and get back to me, nothing happens. I have the receipt that the package arrived a couple days after I send it so I don't know what the problem is. Wouldn't trust them as it seems they take your products but don't pay you.
