★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bloss nichts bestellen!Fragwürdig wie diese Firma noch existieren kann(nie zu erreichen, weder telefonisch noch per email/ Rauchzeichen hab ich noch nicht versucht; würde vielleicht klappen!!!)!Habe Ware ausreichend frankiert zurückgesendet und musste dann ca. 6 Monate(!) später den vollen Betrag bezahlen für Ware die ich nicht mehr habe!!!Den Anwalt konnte ich mir sparen(habe mich erkundigt), da es mich mehr gekostet hätte als den Betrag zu zahlen!Das ist wohl deren Masche!!!
Question: How this company can still exist (never to reach, neither by phone nor by email / smoke sign I have not tried, would perhaps work!) Have returned goods sufficiently franked and then had about 6 months ( !) later pay the full amount for goods that I no longer have !!! The lawyer I could save myself (I inquired), since it would have cost me more than the amount to pay! That's probably their scam !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mehrfacher Versuch anzurufen gescheitert. Weder auf mehrfacher E-Mail Kontakt noch auf Anfragen von Klarna keinerlei Kontakt. Schirm konnte nicht retouniert werden da Empfänger verzogen/nicht antreffbar, wurde mir wieder zurückgesendet
auf keinen Fall dort bestellen!!!!!
Multiple attempts to call failed. Neither on multiple e-mail contact nor on inquiries from Klarna no contact. Screen could not be retounced because receiver spoiled / unrecoverable, I was sent back
definitely not order there !!!!!

Wollte die Regenschirme zurück schicken, Paket konnte nicht zugestellt werden. Die Firma ist weder per E-Mail oder Telefon erreichbar.
Just do not order anything on this frima !!
Wanted to send the umbrellas back, package could not be delivered. The company can not be contacted by e-mail or telephone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben am 08.05.19 Stockschirme bestellt. Hatten noch Rückfragen. Weder per Mail haben wir eine Antwort bekommen und ans Telefon ging auch keiner. Lieferung kam nun heute. Absolut kein besonders guter Service :-( obwohl laut Website - Kundenservice: Wir sind immer für Sie da"!!!
We ordered stock umbrellas on 08.05.19. Still had questions. We did not receive an answer by e-mail and nobody answered the phone. Delivery came today. Absolutely not a very good service :-( although according to website - customer service: we are always there for you "!!!
