Duidelijk omschreven zodat ik precies kon bestellen wat ik nodig had. De bestelling geplaatst en na een paar dagen kwam de levering binnen.We zijn wat verwend geraakt met bestellen en de volgende dag leveren maar die paar dagen maakte mij niets uit. Alles zag er keurig uit. Vulsysteem geplaatst, kraan op zijn plek en laat de regen maar komen :) I had bought a new rain barrel and of course it has to be filled with rainwater. Vervolgens heb ik de bestelling via hun website besteld en kreeg ik keurig de bevestiging en de track 'n trace informatie dat de zending de volgende dag geleverd zou worden. Wat ik ook bijzonder vond is dat deze track 'n trace, DPD mij precies op de hoogte hield over de status van de bestelling, waar de vrachtwagen zich bevond en hoe laat hij bij mij zal aankomen. Bij DHL en andere koeriersdiensten krijg je wel een melding dat de koerier onderweg is, maar niet hoe laat deze aankomt en dat is soms erg vervelend. Maar dit even terzijden. Wel is het nodig om de regenpijp door te zagen met de luxe aanvoerset, maar de instructie hoe dit te doen, staan keurig op de verpakking. Helaas niet, ontving een mail van de transporteur dat het dinsdag werd, hierop een mail gestuurd naar Tegapo en de transporteur en geen reactie ontvangen. Bellen heeft ook geen zin op zaterdag, de winkel is wel open maar de telefoon is doorgeschakeld naar een antwoordapparaat. Bij levering ontbrak het extra kraantje en heb deze ontvangen na een telefoontje. Heb ook de klacht neergelegd bij hen mbt de levering. Mijn advies voor deze firma, zorg dat je ten alle tijden je mail checkt, 24/7 kunnen bestellen betekend ook 24/7 bereikbaar zijn, is wel zo klant vriendelijk.
