β β β β β Sent the wrong timing for the viewing, texted in the last moment the actual hour, didn't even bother to call for the e-viewing while an IRL viewing was going on and ended up telling us the apartment is rented out right after the viewing after we spent 2 weeks telling them we want to rent the property. Highly unprofessional, they really don't care.

Not only me, but at least 3 more tenants that I know were extremely unhappy with the terrible way they treat their tenants. They almost never give back the whole deposit. And they made up some costs that donβt make sense in order to charge everybody, even though rent was all inclusive. And if you didnβt pay it, they didnβt return your deposit at all.
They don't respond to your emails, when they do they are very rude, super unprofessional and pure thieves.
I am not paying them a dime and if necessary, I will take it to the court.
This is the worst rental agency in Eindhoven, if not in the whole Netherlands. You can see it from the other reviews as well.

This agency is absolutely terrible. The housing is good but they are looking for any way to scam the tenants, so try to avoid them in any way possible if you donβt want to lose your money.
