★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ondanks diverse pogingen om contact met deze regiobank, afdeling verzekeringen, te krijgen en achterlating van mijn tel. nummer word er gewoon niet gereageerd. Nu zou ik en nieuwe klant worden, maar als dit de mentaliteit is van deze bank dan is dat zeer slecht nieuws voor bestaande klanten
 Despite several attempts to contact this regional bank, insurance department, and leaving my phone number behind, there is simply no response. Now I would become a new customer, but if this is the mentality of this bank then that is very bad news for existing customers
