Het is er rustig, maar niet tè rustig. Ik heb hier verschillende nieuwe contacten opgedaan.
Het personeel is vriendelijk, gastvrij en kundig. De service is altijd goed.
Bovendien is deze locatie goed bereikbaar, zowel met OV, als met de auto.
The Business Lounge of Regus, Parkstraat, The Hague is a fantastic workplace.
It is quiet there, but not too quiet. I have made several new contacts here.
The staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The service is always good.
Moreover, this location is easily accessible, both by public transport and by car.

The local staff are friendly and professional, the location and property are top notch. The administration and invoicing handled by another office are sometimes completely inscrutable, confusing and time-consuming. May be more flexible and clearer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location needs to be shut down. It is not the margin of executive-thinking you need for a front-desk. My unopened letter containing a bank card was swiped from my desk during after hours and so, I was forced to stop having mail sent to the location unless with specific instructions to hold at the front desk. Within 3 months, it was apparent the management and staff would do nothing to prevent when tenants repeatedly used the hallway for their loud mobile phone conversations at my door. It was a loss of time and money. And no, I do not enjoy being told by the front desk to wait while they keep taking phone calls that interrupt me. Nor do I enjoy receiving lengthy monologues about restoring a full service with them, promoting their business - just because some stray letter arrived this week.

Regus is a total scam. The provided service turned out to be completely different than what was promised. Nevertheless, they forced me to pay hundreds of € for a service I could not even use.
Regus' customer support is extremely rude and unhelpful.
EDIT: even after the standard reply posted here by Regus, I still haven't been able to solve this issue with them, and they are still trying to take money from me for services that I never used.
