Het team van Regus ondersteunt ons ook heel goed. Wij zijn dik tevreden. My company has been here for a while. The location of the building is good; is close to the center and to the highway. The Regus team also supports us very well. We are very satisfied.

Het pand is recentelijk vernieuwd (van binnen) en heeft een rustige en strakke uitstraling nu. De locatie is goed te bereiken en je bent zo in de binnenstad van Utrecht. We have been here with our company for a few years and are satisfied with the services. The building has recently been renovated (on the inside) and now has a calm and sleek appearance. The location is easily accessible and you can easily reach the center of Utrecht.

De locatie heeft een zakelijke en verzorgde uitstraling en prima bereikbaar met de auto. I now rent for almost a year at Regus Business Park Utrecht and have until now very satisfied with the service, flexibility and friendliness of the staff. The location has a business and well-kept appearance and is easily accessible by car.

Vervolgens wordt de huur jaarlijks met 20% verhoogd. De telefoondienst wordt apart aangeboden, waar je meer dan €100,- voor moet gaan betalen. Daarna wordt er ingevoerd dat er ook betaald moet worden voor de parkeerplaatsen. Na drie jaar betaal je meer dan het dubbele van wat er is afgesproken in het eerste jaar. Hiernaast is de klantenservice belabberd. Als je een probleem hebt dan wordt het vaak meerdere keren geëscaleerd, constant moet je zelf erachteraan bellen. Oftewel je wordt van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd dit zorgt alleen maar voor frustratie, uiteindelijke resultaat is geen oplossing. Ik ken ook bedrijven die destijds met mij elders hebben gehuurd, ze betalen aan huur nog steeds hetzelfde als drie jaar geleden. Terwijl ik meer dan het dubbele moet betalen. Enige waar ik tevreden over ben is de business lounge. During the orientation phase they offer competitive and attractive prices so that you as a customer make a choice for Regus. The rent is then increased by 20% annually. The telephone service is offered separately, for which you have to pay more than € 100. Then it is entered that there must also be paid for the parking places. After three years you pay more than twice what was agreed in the first year. In addition, customer service is lousy. If you have a problem it is often escalated several times, you constantly have to call after it. I also know companies that rented with me elsewhere at the time, they still pay the same for rent as they did three years ago. While I have to pay more than twice. The only thing I'm satisfied with is the business lounge.

The staff are very nice and friendly and have worked there for a few days. The price for lunch is a little high for a sandwich it they taste great! They were testing the alarm system in the middle of the week with no warning for over 2 hours, this was rather frustrating considering I was doing client calls that day. There is no microwave, however the staff were more than willing to heat up my food in their staff room. Nice office great to work there for a day or two.
