D	Doro Neeb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ich starke Rückenschmerzen und Schnerzen im Bein hatte, hat mir der Arzt das GRZ empfohlen. Das war eine sehr gute Wahl. Ich hatte bisher mit Herrn Nelson und Frau Schrennen bei der KGG zu tun. Diese beiden geben sich sehr viele Mühe und stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Bei der Physio bin ich bei Frau Gatzemeier und Herrn Sauermann in den besten Händen. Einfach klasse wie sie sich um das Wohl der Patienten kümmern. Vielen Dank dafür. So wird doch tatsächlich aus einem Sportmuffel eine, die immer gerne wieder kommt Since I had severe back pain and sore legs, the doctor recommended the GRZ to me. That was a very good choice. So far I have worked with Mr. Nelson and Ms. Schrennen at KGG. These two put in a lot of effort and are always on hand with advice and action. At Physio, I'm in the best of hands with Ms. Gatzemeier and Mr. Sauermann. It's just great how they take care of their patients. Thanks a lot for this. This is how a grumpy sportsman actually turns into one that is always happy to come back
M	Marc M3K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin wegen diversen Beschwerden am Knie und LWS zu dem GRZ Bensberg empfohlen worden, nachdem ich schon in einigen anderen Praxen behandelt worden bin. Seit 2 Wochen bin ich dort in Behandlung mit Physiotherapie, Krankengymnastik an Geräten etc. und bin sehr angetan von der Kompetenz der Therapeuten und dem umfangreichen Angebot. Meine Beschwerden sind seitdem deutlich besser geworden, da man mir hier auch Übungen gezeigt hat, welche ich zuhause machen kann. Darüber hinaus sind dort alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war schon beim Betreten eine deutliche Wandlung gegenüber früher zu erkennen. Eine großzügige Räumlichkeit über zwei Etagen, der freundlicher Empfang und die Zuwendung des Personals. Bei der Behandlung fiel mir der moderne und für viele Anwendungen ausgelegte Gerätepark ins Auge. Am deutlichsten aber überzeugte mich im Verlauf meiner Reha das reibungslose Zusammenwirken von Therapeuten und die im Hause praktizierenden Ärzte. Ich war begeistert über die Möglichkeiten, die mir zu meiner Behandlung offen standen und bei der Genesung geholfen haben. So eine Institution hat hier am Ort wirklich gefehlt. Alle Therapeuten sind immer nett , sehr aufmerksam und auch immer mit einem offenen Ohr für neue und alte Beschwerden. Jeder versucht so gut er kann zu helfen und auch ganzheitlich auf die Beschwerden ein zu gehen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und werde mich gern weiter dort behandeln lassen. I've been there for some time for sport and also for physio. All therapists are always nice, very attentive and always ready to listen to new and old complaints. Everyone tries as best he can to help and to deal with the complaints holistically. I am very satisfied and will gladly continue to receive treatment there.

Die Behandlerin fasste ungefragt und unangekündigt beherzt zu; sehr unangenehm. Alles in allem hatte ich auch den Eindruck, die Motivation war eher niedrig. Unfortunately, the corona protective masks were under the chin more than once and were only used correctly when requested.
