Ik had hem letterlijk 5 seconden aan de lijn en hij begint me al te onderbreken en te zeggen dat het niet waar is wat ik zeg, terwijl ik mijn vraag nieteens had gesteld. Toen ik aangaf dat hij niet naar me luisterde werd er tegen me geschreeuwd en werd de verbinding verbroken. Ik zou niet aanraden met dit 'bedrijf' in zee te gaan. Zeer onprofessioneel gedrag word hier vertoont. En vanaf het moment dat je hebt betaald voor je ticket willen ze je nergens meer mee helpen. 1-ster is eigenlijk al te veel voor de manier waarop ik gister ben behandeld.
 The man I spoke to on the phone was very rude. I literally had him on the line for 5 seconds and he is already interrupting me and saying that what I say is not true when I had not even asked my question. When I indicated that he was not listening to me, I was yelled at and disconnected. I would not recommend working with this 'company'. Very unprofessional behavior is shown here. And from the moment you pay for your ticket, they don't want to help you with anything. 1 star is actually too much for the way I was treated yesterday.
