Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld en de uitleg die wij kregen als zeer onervaren reizigers was helemaal top.
Thanks to the good advice from vx Lanting, we had a wonderful holiday in Costa Adeje.
Everything was arranged down to the last detail and the explanation we received as very inexperienced travelers was absolutely great.

Ich werde bei der Polizei und bei FlixBus Anzeige einreichen da fast alle Busse dieser Firma fatale Mängel aufweisen und nicht für den Straßenverkehr geeignet sind. Außerdem steht diese Firma kurz vor der Insolvenz (Insolvenz Verschleppung ist strafbar) also liebe Leute meine Empfehlung an euch sieht bloß zu das ihr nicht auf die Gauner reinfällt

I will file a complaint with the police and with FlixBus because almost all buses from this company have fatal defects and are not suitable for road traffic. In addition, this company is on the verge of bankruptcy (bankruptcy procrastination is punishable) so dear people my recommendation to you just see that you don't fall for the crooks
