★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet de juiste bloemen gekregen voor mijn bruidsboeket, als oogst niet goed is gegaan is dan buiten hun macht maar de alternatieve bloemen waren heel karig en niet geschikt om te laten drogen. (Te)veel betaald voor weinig. Ook waren de afgesproken steentjes vervangen door parels zonder overleg. De corsages waren wel mooi maar ik zou een bruidsboeketje niet aanraden.
 Didn't get the right flowers for my bridal bouquet, if the harvest has not gone well then it is beyond their control but the alternative flowers were very scanty and not suitable for drying. Paid (too) much for little. The agreed stones were also replaced by pearls without consultation. The corsages were beautiful but I would not recommend a bridal bouquet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the beautiful and varied choice they have. The service is fine, not extra friendly but not rude either.
They can sometimes be more expensive than other florists I go to, but it’s not surprising and it is understandable since they are on Utrechtsestraat (I’m talking small amounts, 50 cents or so more for an Hortensia or a peacock feather for example).
I come here regularly for special finds... a fabulous giant leaf painted copper bronze, or a beautiful purple/blue hortensia... (see photos) —every time I am surprised by something new which I happily buy and take home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd only advice to go flower shopping here in case it's an emergency otherwise there are many places that offer better services and not as expensive.
- Quality/price: more expensive than the rest of Amsterdam although the quality is equal or lower.
- Customer service - really not customer focused. The lady at the shop not only did not help me pick flowers for a present bouquet but also asked me whether I wanted to put the bouquet myself. I have gone to many shops in Amsterdam where they advise you what flowers combine with each other and make beautiful arrangements.
