Hoewel Woonmodern geen tijd had om ons te helpen hebben ze dit toch gedaan. Het was een verademing om eindelijk professionals aan de slag te zien in ons huis.  In 2018 we have outsourced our renovation to a wrong contractor who did a very bad job and did not come to an agreement. Although Woonmodern did not have time to help us, they did this anyway. It was a relief to finally see professionals at work in our house. With great expertise and creative solutions, the Woonmodern team has managed to finish our apartment as intended. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We sent an inquiry for a project with a very clear renovation plan, had a great call with them, and they were keen to work with us and present a plan. They gave us an availability in the near future. So we waited to hear from them – and then all of a sudden they ghosted us and told us something else came in and it was not possible to work with them. We called them to clarify our timing was flexible and they said they would get back to us. Then we get a snappy email that they didn't correctly understand the scope of our project and would never work with us. What an utter waste of time, and to top it all off not even telling us the truth of why they chose not to work with us. Don't work with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contacted Woonmodern when our rather large flat became unpractical to share in the absence of a bedroom: it was a rather major project on a small scale that was not particularly easy to maneuver. As an interior architect, Woonmodern was inspiring: the new floor plan was extremely ambitious and creative, involving the creation of a whole new kitchen, with a central isle and a million practical cabinets as well as integrated dish-washer, washing machine, oven, fridge etc. A new bathroom was also invented out of nowhere at all, leaving space for the wonderful separate bedroom that we never had. The renovation involved major electrical and gas works, the building of an elevated podium, new wood floors and a massive new paint job. The team reduced the house to a skeleton and put it back together again in less than 3 months. The result is amazing. The team's attention to details was remarkable and the coordination was perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Woonmodern to do remodelling in our basement and fix a room that was damaged due to a water leak. The work was carried out over a period of five weeks and included changing room layouts, adding doors, adding heating radiators and ventilation, moving plumbing, adding build-in lighting, plastering and painting, as well as removing and fixing damaged walls.
Overall we liked their process. We worked with them to explore options and draw up the final plans, before proceeding with the actual work. The offer was very detailed leaving little to no room for additional surprises. This gave us confidence no required work was forgotten en we could stay within budget.
The workers were friendly and helpful. They delivered high quality results, matching the quality of our existing house. They communicate ideas or changes up front and care about the final details.
Communication with Woonmodern is easy through WhatsApp, also outside office hours or in the weekend. Every day after coming home from work we would be able to discuss observations and progress with Woonmodern in this way, so we could make small changes for the next day.
Overall we recommend Woonmodern looking to do any serious high quality work.
