★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maken veel fouten in facturatie, reageren niet op e-mail, bellen niet terug en zijn bot aan de telefoon. Vroeger zat hier Rijnmond Milieu, zij begrepen wel hoe je met klanten om moet gaan. Jammer dat sinds de overname door Remondis de service zo bedroevend slecht is.
 Make a lot of mistakes in billing, don't respond to email, don't call back and are bot on the phone. Rijnmond Milieu used to be here, they understood how to deal with customers. It is a pity that since the takeover by Remondis the service has been so deplorable.
