★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 ster voor het landelijke klantenservice van Mossel renault.
Was al vreselijk irritant om duidelijk te maken dat ik een afspraak met vestiging Breda wilde maken ipv op de bonnefooi langs te rijden.
Het wou er niet in bij de betreffende dame.
Vervolgens paar keer gebeld maar tot op heden nog steeds niet terug gebeld.
En dat hoeft voor mij nu ook niet meer te gebeuren.
 1 star for Mossel renault nationwide customer service.
It was already terribly annoying to make it clear that I wanted to make an appointment with the Breda location instead of driving by on the spec.
It would not go in with the lady in question.
Called several times but still no call back.
And that doesn't have to happen to me anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijke ontvangst, heldere uitleg over planning in de dag en te verwachte kosten en bij ophalen de vaststelling dat de geschatte raming ook klopte.
Met Renault-pas kosteloze APK en een goed gevoel over weer een jaar veilig te kunnen rijden.
Kortom, erg tevreden.
Friendly welcome, clear explanation about planning in the day and expected costs and upon collection the determination that the estimated estimate was also correct.
With a Renault pass free MOT and a good feeling to be able to drive safely in another year.
In short, very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mensen doen hun best het is voor iedereen verbouwen en de overstap naar van de Mossel. De receptie is een nood oplossing. We stonden buiten te wachte 8 uur tot 8.15 uur. Maar ook de automonteurs stonden te wachten op auto's om te repareren. Alle automonteurs x 15 minuten is toch veel man uren? Verder prima en een compliment voor het naadloos overgaan inclusief verbouwing.
People are doing their best it is for everyone to renovate and switch to van de Mussel. The reception is an emergency solution. We were waiting outside 8am to 8.15am. But the car mechanics were also waiting for cars to repair. All car mechanics x 15 minutes is a lot of man hours, right? Also fine and a compliment for the seamless transition, including renovation.
