Contracten zijn niet van deze tijd, opzeg termijn van 2 jaar. Opzeggen kan alleen via aangetekende brief. In mijn optiek pure pesterij en vooral onprofessioneel.
Bad company, emptying the container is continuously "forgotten".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 jaar verplicht klant geweest bij dit bedrijf. Veel leugens meegemaakt met dit bedrijf. Je kunt degene die je spreekt aan de telefoon nooit vertrouwen bij van Gansewinkel. Ik raad iedereen aan om de gesprekken dan ook op te nemen of het gesprek zwart op wit te laten zetten. In het begin is mij structureel te veel gefactureerd en hier is enorm veel tijd in gaan zetten om dit recht te gaan zetten terwijl al het bewijs onomstotelijk was. Zo werd er bijvoorbeeld structureel een bepaalde bak in rekening gebracht die hier niet eens ooit geleverd is. Tijdens deze problematiek gelijk telefonisch aangegeven het contract bij einddatum direct te beëindigen. Dit is telefonisch bevestigd door Belinda Warmerdam. Uiteindelijk gewoon het contract met nog een jaar verlengd.
Ook meerdere leugens bijvoorbeeld mbt het wel of niet sturen van een betalings herinnering, welke nooit is ontvangen per mail. Zonder schaamte worden er dan extra kosten in rekening gebracht.
Kortom, ga absoluut niet in zake met dit bedrijf en bespaar jezelf veel ellende!

I advise everyone to record the conversations or have the conversation turned black and white. In the beginning I was structurally overcharged and a lot of time went into this to correct this, while all the evidence was incontrovertible. For example, a certain bin was charged structurally that has not even been delivered here. During this problem immediately indicated by telephone to immediately terminate the contract at the end date. This has been confirmed by telephone by Belinda Warmerdam. In the end, simply extended the contract for another year.
Also several lies, for example about whether or not to send a payment reminder, which was never received by email. Without shame, extra costs will be charged.
In short, absolutely do not deal with this company and save yourself a lot of trouble!
