The container is picked up in the middle of a residential area at 6.30 in the morning and they also take at least half an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds de overname van den Heiden stegen de kosten flink omhoog , terwijl wij klanten waren meer dan 10 jaar. Toen wij ontdekte dat de prijs op jaarbasis bij de concurrent de helft is ofwel €2000,- minder; gingen wij de contract opzeggen van Renewi, maar dat duurde minimaal 2 jaar. Na opzegging heb ik gemerkt dat er extra kosten werden doorberekend met zogenaamd een bepaalde redenen zoals o.a. huurtoeslag van rolcontainer; daarvoor was er het nooit. Tevens bij het beëindigen van het contract betaal je nog eens €170,- extra voor het afhalen 2 rolcontainers. Zodra je contract wilt opzeggen, wilt Renewi jou extra kosten laten draaien ofwel hoe kan Renewi het maximale geld eruit halen zonder integriteit. Zo ga je niet met klanten om. De enige pluspunt zijn de medewerkers die afval en karton afhalen die behulpzaam zijn.
Since the takeover of den Heiden, costs have risen sharply, while we were customers for more than 10 years. When we discovered that the annual price at the competitor is half or € 2000 less; we were going to cancel Renewi's contract, but that took at least 2 years. After cancellation I noticed that extra costs were passed on for so-called specific reasons such as housing allowance for a roll container; it never was before. Also at the end of the contract you pay an additional € 170, - extra for picking up 2 roll containers. As soon as you want to cancel the contract, Renewi wants you to run extra costs or how can Renewi get the most money out of it without integrity. That's not how you deal with customers. The only plus is the staff collecting trash and cardboard who are helpful.
